Ms. Jodie Sweet and Ms. Kimberly Burr (W/F)

My name is Jodie Sweet and I am excited to begin teaching at Mustard Seed. My family and I moved to Franklin just a year ago, and we already love it here!! I have been married to Rob for 14 years and we have 3 daughters: Ansley (10), Elysa (7), and Karis (5). I graduated from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have taught 2nd grade for 3 years, and Pre-K/Kinder for 5 years. I also enjoy teaching Sunday School in my girls’ classrooms. I love teaching children, and especially when I have the privilege of introducing them to the Lord. Thank you for sharing your precious little ones with me. I look forward to a great year!!

My name is Kimberly Burr and I am really looking forward to working with Mrs. Jodie and your children this year. I have lived here in Franklin for 10 years now, previously from Oklahoma and Texas. My husband Mike and I have been married for 25 years and we have 3 children. Kendall: he's 19, Kealie Brooke: she's 17 and a junior at Centennial High School and Garrett: he's 15 and a freshman at Centennial as well. I have many years of preschool teaching experience. When we lived in Oklahoma, I taught for 7 years and taught preschool in Texas while going to college. Teaching preschool is something I enjoy immensely, and I am looking forward to knowing and learning about each of your children as individuals and helping them to understand God's love for them.
