Alicia Reynolds, Administrative Assistant
Hi there, I’m Alicia Reynolds. I have been privileged to be a part of the Mustard Seed family for going on six years as an assistant teacher in 3’s and 4’s. I’ve also had the joy of sending two of my three children here as preschoolers. They are now 20 and 22. My husband Jon and I have been at Christ Community for over 28 years.
Lucy Lilly, Assistant Director
My name is Lucy Lilly, and I am excited to be Assistant Director here at Mustard Seed Preschool.
I am passionate about early childhood education and believe that children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn. I have a Master’s in Educational Administration with six years of elementary school teaching experience (1st and 3rd). I also have had the privilege of being a church children’s director and preschool teacher. I am thankful that the Lord has given me these experiences and brought me to this school at this time to be the assistant director.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three kids playing outside, doing puzzles, playing the piano and attending church. We love living in Franklin!
Holly Davis, Director
Holly Davis has been the Director at Mustard Seed since 2019 after serving as a Lead PreK 4s teacher previously. She considers it an honor and blessing to serve in this position. Holly is a graduate of Agnes Scott College and has worked in a variety of roles within the field of education including classroom teaching, enrollment management, and preschool music and movement. She and her husband Shawn are the proud parents of two grown sons. They attend Christ Community church and are proud to call Franklin, TN home.
