Holly Davis and Sarah Hathaway
MSP has been blessed throughout these past fifteen years and continue to be blessed to have a staff who loves the Lord and who are passionate about working with your children and families.
Let us take a moment to introduce our staff to you…
Holly Davis – Director
My name is Holly Davis, and I consider it a true honor and blessing to be the new Director at Mustard Seed Preschool. My husband Shawn and I have been married for 21 years. We have two boys. Pete is 17, and Chip is 13. We moved to Franklin 7 years ago, and we love this community! We worship and serve at Christ Community Church. I attended Agnes Scott College where I studied Early Childhood Education and Music. I taught third grade in Atlanta Public Schools after graduating. Before moving to Franklin, I taught Kindermusik and served as the Music and Movement Teacher at the Creative Learning Program in Ooltewah TN. I am looking forward to sharing God’s grace and love with the students and parents of MSP!
Sarah Hathaway – Assistant Director
Sarah Hathaway has served as the Administrative Assistant and Registrar for Mustard Seed Preschool for the past five plus years. Sarah grew up in Memphis, Tennessee throughout her elementary, middle school and high school years until traveling to Mississippi State University to pursue an Interior Design degree. After graduation, she lived in Dallas, Texas, before settling back into life in Memphis working for First Tennessee Bank in their facilities department. This administrative and design position uniquely prepared Sarah for her role at Mustard Seed.
Being a part of Mustard Seed’s ministry allows Sarah to share her God given gift of administration, along with her heart for children and her desire that they see their true value from the perspective of their Creator. The pure joy seen in the eyes of the children warms her heart every day. Each and every day Sarah brings a smile and a welcoming heart to the pre-school as she greets each and every parent and child.
Sarah has lived in Franklin since 1994 and has been an active member of Brentwood Baptist Church ever since, working in children’s, youth and women’s ministry positions. Her passions include her family, sharing her creative gifts through sewing, God’s word and the old hymns that were inspired by the sacred text. She is married to Mike Hathaway and have two daughters; Mary Grace and Katie.
